It is a two man operation to assemble the blind and roughly takes 45 minutes to 1 hour. due to being on a stand and the weight of the walls. I tried to make it as easy and lightweight as possible, but trying to build a quality and a waterproof blind was a challenge. There was a lot of work put into this blind as you can clearly see in the photos, I did not build this blind in one or two weekends.
